A Norwegian Christmas
I was just spending some time reminiscing about a photo shoot we did at a tree farm in the Lake Tapps/Auburn area & the amazing time it was.
As I pulled up Genee one of the owners was out starting to put away their sign & closing up for the day. I pulled up to ask her my questions & she immediately said yes with enthusiasm & even gave my a prompt tour of the farm to make sure we would like it.
During my conversation with Genee I shared how our couple had hopes of getting shots in the trees, drinking hot coco & such other imagery for their portraits. And don't you know that while we where off shooting in the trees. Genee shows up in her van, pulls out a long table and proceeds to decorate the table with a nice set of China, hot water, coco packets, tea, a delicious home made Norwegian cake & all the fixings for us all to enjoy. :)
IT WAS AMAZING!!!
For a bit of added enjoyment we decided to bring all our kids & have them dress up like shepherds & angels to sit in a nativity just off to the side. The feast started once we wrapped up capturing the portraits of the couple & we all had a wonderful time together! If you're looking for an amazingly tree farm with a wonderful atmosphere for your holiday tree shopping next Christmas. I strongly recommend you visit this "U-Cut Tree Farm". They are located right on the Auburn/Lake Tapps boarder on the North End of Lake Tapps At the corner of 53rd St SE & Bridgett Av SE.
Here's a slideshow of the portrait session. Thank you for stopping by. May God bless you & keep you! :) Timmy :D
