- 9am - ALL Team Portraits = 1 hour
- 15-18 = 19 athletes

- 12U = 25 athletes
- LARGE GROUP PORTRAIT (175 Athletes)
- 10U = 38 athletes
- 8U = 45 athletes
- Sp6 = 28 athletes
- 10am 10U Individual Portraits
- 10:30 8U Individual Portraits
- 11:00 Sp6 Individual Portraits
- 11:30 Dive Individual Portraits
- 12:15 Dive Team Portrait = 60 athletes (how many coaches) = 10-15 min.
- 12:30 Tennis Team Portrait = 90 Athletes + 2 coaches
- 1:15 Tennis Individual Portraits
